Each individual may hold only one registered account on xxph.com. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. xxph.com employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, xxph.com reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any winnings, and forfeit any balances in accordance with applicable anti-fraud policies.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xxph.com Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. xxph.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify xxph.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, and not misleading. xxph.com reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided, and to retain any balance in such account pending investigation.

xxph.com is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time during your use of the Platform.

Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to:

xxph.com may also request proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership. All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

xxph.com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment methods. Currently accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. xxph.com reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to request documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude xxph.com's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

xxph.com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any applicable fees.

You may close your xxph.com account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any active bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and xxph.com, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting xxph.com support. xxph.com will endeavour to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent xxph.com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

xxph.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, xxph.com will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the xxph.com Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.
